Land Division Overview:
Langlade County regulates land division or separation of parcels that are smaller then 10 acres in size. The county does this to protect our natural resources along with public health, safety and prosperity of the municipalities. The guidelines are intended to encourage residences to utilize their land in the appropriate manor, and maintain the best environment for human habitation and to conserve the value of buildings that are placed on the land.
