The Langlade County Highway Department is responsible for maintaining the County highway system including plowing and sanding, patching, sweeping intersections, signing, litter pickup, brushing the right of way, drainage devices (including ditches and culverts), blacktopping and shouldering.  Through a partnering agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, State highways within the County are also maintained by the Highway Department, with the exception of STH 17 which is maintained through an agreement with the Lincoln County Highway Department.

Check the Langlade County Directory to report any problems or questions on town roads to the appropriate Town Chairman.
