Human resource policies; employee recruitment/retention; skill testing; and records; job descriptions; new position requests; employee classification/reclassification; new employee orientations; staff training and in-service; performance evaluations; disciplinary action; retirement/termination; employee compensation; benefit administration; EEO/AA/ADA; Unemployment Compensation; Fair Labor Standards Act; Family Medical Leave Act; Employee Assistance Program; COBRA; labor and contract administration; employment law; custodianship of personnel files and records.
