Langlade County has a
Local Court Rule regarding divorce cases with minor children. 
  • A Co-Parenting Class may be required.  The final hearing for dissolution of the marriage will not be held until the parties have attended and completed a Co-Parenting Class. The Co-Parenting Class is managed by the Langlade County Judicial Assistant.  For more information regarding the class please contact the Judicial Assistant at 715-627-6221.

How can I get a copy of my Langlade County divorce or court order?

 
  • Go to the Clerk of Court's Office and provide us with your case number or enough information for the clerk to locate the file. If you do not have a case number there will be a $5.00 record search fee.
  • You may also request copies by phone or by mail. You must have your case number, and know exactly what document (s) you need.  Payment will be required before the documents may be sent or picked up.
